Project Designer- Interior Designer

About the role

The Project Designer, Interior Design plays a key role in translating design vision into built reality. You’ll work closely with Lead Designers, Directors, and project teams across all stages of design from concept development through detailed design and delivery.

This role is ideal for a confident, hands-on designer who brings both creative strength and technical rigor, enjoys mentoring junior designers, and is ready to take ownership of meaningful portions of a project.

We’re seeking designers who bring curiosity, clarity of thought, and a strong collaborative mindset, with experience in hospitality and/or residential environments and a passion for design excellence.

• Be confident working across multiple project stages, from early concept to documentation
• Have strong 2D and 3D design skills and a compelling, well-curated portfolio
• Be comfortable leading portions of a project and guiding junior team members

• 5–8 years of professional experience in interior design
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with 3D modeling tools such as Rhino or Sketch Up
• Working knowledge of Revit (proficiency preferred)
• Solid understanding of FF&E, finishes, specifications, and detailing
• Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams
