PROJECT ARCHITECT Construction Administration: responsible for leading the construction administration phase of multiple projects. The Project Architect will play a pivotal role in the team by assisting Project Managers in the realization of projects. This position involves being part of a team producing construction documents from schematic design through to construction document phases and then focusing on construction administration. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Engage in all project phases, with a focus on construction administration.
- Collaborate with a team of architects and coordinate with consulting engineers to oversee the Construction Administration phase of multiple projects.
- Communicate effectively with the team to ensure project objectives and timelines are met.
- Professional degree in Architecture.
- 5+ years of professional experience in architecture, particularly with medium to large-scale projects.
- Proficiency in REVIT (cloud models) and AutoCAD; strong technical skills are essential.
- Complete knowledge of construction drawing standards.
- Demonstrable experience in adaptive reuse, building renovation, expansion, and new construction.
- Strong knowledge of Florida or International Building Codes.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational capabilities.
- Ability to work independently, a self-starter driving projects forward constantly.
- Experience in government and aviation sector projects.
- Client satisfaction and alignment to project schedule.
- Quality, coordination, and efficiency of Revit models and construction documents.
- Salary commensurate with experience and abilities, with yearly adjustments.
