TAMARA FELDMAN, a thriving Miami-based studio specializing in luxury residential interiors, is seeking an Architect with a minimum of 7 years of experience to join our team.

Location: Miami

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: 50-100k

• Lead design and architectural development across all project phases
• Manage and mentor small project teams, ensuring quality and precision
• Oversee client presentations, budgets, and project coordination
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Develop architectural details and source materials that express the studio’s aesthetic
• Manage all aspects of construction administration, including construction documents, zoning & building code review, RFIs, shop drawing reviews, and regular site supervision
• Maintain strong accountability, organization, and follow-through across multiple projects

• 7+ years of experience in high-end residential design or architecture
• Degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Sketch Up
• Strong technical and construction knowledge
• Proven leadership and collaboration abilities
