Dental Regional Business Partner - FL Miami North

Dental Care Alliance is seeking a Dental Regional Business Partner to support offices in the Miami area, working with the Management team to drive financial and operational success. The Regional Business Partner will provide leadership, direction and support to affiliated Dental Care Alliance offices within the region, ensuring strong relationships with Office Managers, Staff and Dentists and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate has a background in HR and training, strong leadership, and a deep understanding of key performance indicators, growth metrics and the distinction between clinical and non‑clinical operations.

• Oversee Office Managers to guarantee streamlined operations.
• Deliver comprehensive operational management direction and guidance to regional offices, particularly focusing on non‑clinical staff.
• Recruit office managers and actively participate in the recruitment process for key office positions.
• Ensure strict adherence to Dental Care Alliance policies and procedures.
• Plan and implement programs to achieve operational goals and objectives for the region.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state laws for dentistry as well as employment and safety.
• Train and evaluate office and area managers as a continuous process.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years supporting multi-location practices preferred.
• Proven experience partnering with owner dentists, clinical leaders, and field executives.
• Strong knowledge of a dental practice P&L and key drivers (production, collections, EBITDA).
• Strong knowledge of dental practice schedules and how to manage schedule capacity.
• Cross‑functional execution across HR, Finance, Revenue Cycle, and Clinical.
