Customer Service Rep
NPW is seeking a driven, team player, and someone that is ready for new challenges to join our team as a Cashier. If you enjoy speaking with customers and handling cashflow, then this is a great opportunity for you.

Responsibilities- Automotive knowledge is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year inside sales phone experience.
- Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Creole).
- Must have excellent phone etiquette.
- Must have excellent Math skills - addition, subtraction and percentages.
- Ability to read & identify part numbers that are both numeric or/and alpha‑numeric.
- Demonstrate success providing excellent customer service.
- MUST have a positive CAN‑DO attitude!
- Support customer retention efforts by providing excellent customer support.
- Maintain financial record transactions and handle cash and credit cards.
- Respond to customer inquiries via web, email, and/or telephone.
- Assist customers with questions regarding their accounts, faxing and emailing invoices and statements.
- Provide technical advice, troubleshoots, & find solutions to the customer's problem.
- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds unassisted.
- Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands, reach with arms, speak, and listen.
