- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients in English and Spanish regarding account inquiries, service requests, and brokerage operations
- Open and maintain brokerage accounts, including individual, joint, retirement, and advisory accounts
- Process account maintenance requests such as address changes, beneficiary updates, trading documentation, and cash movements
- Support Financial Advisors with client onboarding, account reviews, meeting preparation, and follow-up
- Work directly within clearing platforms such as Pershing NetX
360 and other broker-dealer clearing systems to process and track account activity - Liaise with clearing firms, compliance, operations, and internal departments to resolve account and service issues
- Ensure all client documentation complies with FINRA, SEC, and firm policies
- Maintain accurate client records within CRM and broker-dealer systems
- Assist with client statements, confirms, and general account reporting
- Handle time-sensitive requests with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
- Active Series 7 & 66 or Series 65 and 63
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a broker-dealer client service, operations, or registered support role
- Working knowledge of brokerage account structures, products, and operational workflows
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Experience with clearing platforms,
Pershing NetX
360 is a plus
