The Role

In this full-time position, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, helping onboard them, troubleshooting account or tech issues and supporting their ongoing needs.

Combining phone-based support with admin and CRM work, this position requires strong attention to detail and exceptional communication skills.

What You’ll Do
  • Handle client enquiries via phone and email
  • Remotely update music and video content (we’ll show you how)
  • Assist with onboarding new clients
  • Keep accurate CRM and admin records
  • Work closely with Sales and Tech teams to resolve issues
What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years’ customer service experience (call centre, office-based or admin-based roles)
  • Confidence with AV setups and troubleshooting (this is vital)
  • Strong communication and rapport-building skills
  • Experience with CRM systems and admin processes
  • Ability to effectively prioritise a consistent flow of incoming work
  • Someone with a calm, organised and proactive approach to solving problems
