We are seeking a Customer Service Representative – USA to support our U.S. market operations, delivering excellent customer service and contributing to customer loyalty and sales growth.
Responsibilities- Provide customer support and technical advice on products, orders, and lead times.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations using internal systems.
- Manage orders on hold and coordinate issue resolution.
- Handle inbound calls from U.S. customers.
- Attend to customers face to face at the reception and showroom, providing product demonstrations and guided tours.
- Support administrative coordination and incident tracking.
- Proficient in office tools and ERP systems.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
