PositionFront Desk Attendant in Miami, FL. As a Front Desk Attendant, you will be responsible for assisting residents, visitors and vendors with any troubles or inquiries that they might have. A front desk attendant must possess a service-oriented attitude, as well as a friendly and personable attitude.
Compensation & Schedule- Compensation: $18.00 per hour
- Schedule:
40 hours per week including Saturday and Sunday hours
- Welcomes residents, guests and vendors to facility.
- Performs various administrative tasks in support of facility's mission.
- Creates a positive experience for residents and guests by attending to needs and answering questions.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level.
- Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
- Professional customer service skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
- Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 0 – 3 years of directly related or closely related experience.
