ADP is hiring a Senior Client Support Consultant
. This position is hybrid – 3 days in the Miami office and 2 days from home each week.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will serve as ADP’s front‑line for solving clients’ challenges, including issue resolution, answering questions, helping clients, training their users on ADP technology, and more. You carry the weight of ADP’s service reputation and client satisfaction in your hands.

Your primary focus will be helping clients with 1–49 employees. Daily questions will vary, keeping the work interesting, and our top‑ranked training will set you up for success.

To Succeed in this Role
  • Comfortable working in a metrics‑driven call center environment as part of a structured day.
  • Excellent client rapport and professionalism over the phone and in writing.
  • A clear and easy communication style that drives client understanding and action.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of inbound calls and adapt to peak season demands.
Required Qualifications
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (read, write, and speak fluently).
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in a service center/call center environment with proven positive results.
  • Availability to work overtime during peak seasons.
  • A college degree is a plus but not required; military experience that demonstrates teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow‑through is also acceptable.
