We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our Miami-based team. This is a full-time, entry-level role ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, problem-solving, and building positive customer relationships within the health insurance industry.

• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding health insurance plans, benefits, and coverage
• Provide accurate information and assist members with policy questions, claims status, and basic troubleshooting
• Document customer interactions clearly and accurately in internal systems
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently, escalating issues when necessary
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through clear communication and follow-up
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and HIPAA compliance standards

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work full-time hours
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
