• Field all hotel calls, directing them appropriately and communicating critical information to guests and staff as needed.
• Assist guests with arrival and departure, including airport transfers and luggage storage.
• Provide on-the-spot solutions to set guests up for success with their trip.

• Minimum of 1 year of similar work experience.
• Passionate about providing superior service, strong organization, and attention to detail.
• Experience in guest or customer service.
• Team player, hard worker, multi-tasker and detail oriented.
• Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24‑hour operation.
• Ability to speak a secondary language is a plus.
