Employees in this role are responsible for maintaining and cultivating customer relationships. The primary point of contact for all aspects of the assigned customer account.

Associate Account Specialist with the FPLES team will support customers by filing claims, providing detailed explanations of services and products, listening to concerns and addressing requests, reviewing accounts and transactions while resolving concerns, and communicating with customers over the phone or via email when needed. The role requires meeting all service levels and Quality targets daily.

• Research and resolve sensitive customer requests and complaints.
• Ensure timely reporting of outages.
• Perform general account maintenance and billing adjustments.
• Perform rate analysis.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

• High School Grad / GED.
• Experience:
  
  2+ years.

• Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certified.
