Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Representative. This pivotal role is the first point of contact for our clients and guests, where you will set the tone for their experience with our organization. As a Front Desk Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations at the front desk, managing visitor interactions, and providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and check in guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Manage phone calls, including answering inquiries, transferring calls, and taking messages.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members as needed.
  • Provide information about services, policies, and local attractions to guests and visitors.
  • Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Process payments, handle cash, and manage billing inquiries accurately.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a front desk or reception capacity.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional tone.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software, including MS Office and reservation management tools.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure while dealing with difficult situations.
