Job Description
Dispatch Supervisor will oversee the dispatching of janitorial service requests and ensure timely and efficient communication between staff, management, and clients. This role requires strong bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish), proficiency with our technology, and experience using our client service and reporting platform.
Pay$26.26 per hour.

Key Responsibilities- Receive, prioritize, and dispatch janitorial work orders using our technology.
- Ensure jobs are assigned to appropriate personnel in a timely and efficient manner.
- Monitor completion of tasks and follow up to confirm quality and timeliness.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client service requests and inquiries.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients in both English and Spanish.
- Provide updates, reports, and service confirmations as needed through our technology.
- Collaborate with Dispatch to receive and confirm completion of assignments.
- Complete daily reports and shift handovers.
- Maintain accurate logs of service requests, assignments, and completion status.
- Assist management in monitoring staffing levels and workload distribution.
- Support the Site Supervisor/Manager in resolving issues, escalations, or emergencies.
- Navigate and utilize ABM Clean for all dispatch and reporting functions.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on service requests, trends, and completion rates.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and recommending solutions.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) – both written and spoken.
- Strong computer literacy, with experience navigating software platforms and databases.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in dispatching, scheduling, or customer service.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in janitorial services, facilities management, or related industries.
- Knowledge of dispatch software or work order management systems.
- Leadership ability to guide and support frontline staff when necessary.
- Customer-focused and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Professionalism in communication and appearance.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliability and flexibility with work hours, including evenings or weekends as needed.
