Join the Peregrine team to support complex organizations through advanced AI-enabled operational intelligence. As a Customer Advocate, you will be the primary interface between our customers and our engineering team, ensuring that users are fully engaged with the platform and see tangible value from our solutions.
Responsibilities- Own all customer relationships throughout the contract, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Represent the customer’s voice to engineers and support staff, ensuring feedback is incorporated into product development.
- Provide guidance on new updates, workflows, and features to maximize platform adoption.
- Interpret multiple and complex data sources to help customers leverage dashboards, metrics, and onsite visits effectively.
- Build deep relationships with agency stakeholders and cultivate full user adoption and long‑term partnership.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to develop case studies and success stories that showcase Peregrine’s impact.
- Identify and remove internal roadblocks, acting as a proactive problem solver to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- 3‑7 years of direct experience supporting customers to adopt technical software solutions.
- Previous work directly or in a vendor relationship with law enforcement, public safety, or the military is strongly preferred, but not required.
- Significant experience in the enterprise software space; startup experience is a plus.
- Strong ability to listen, synthesize user feedback, and serve as the first line of support throughout the contract.
- Track record of zero churn and positive net revenue retention.
- Excellent relationship‑building skills with the ability to communicate technical and non‑technical concepts to a diverse audience.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative critical thinking skills to solve barriers at customer agencies.
- Ability to travel up to 60% of the time across the United States.
- Position is remote but must be based in or near Miami, Florida.
- Full‑time employment.
Salary Range: $125,000 - $150,000 Annually + Benefits + Equity (if applicable) + Bonus (if applicable). Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific work location. Information on the benefits offered is here.
