Customer Service Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-orientedCustomer Service Managerto join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the aviation industry, a solid understanding of the CFM
56 family of engines, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and requests.
  • Manage and track customer orders from start to completion.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company procedures.
  • Provide regular updates to customers on project status and timelines.
  • Resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively while maintaining professionalism.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional education a plus).
  • Minimum of 2 years prior experience in the aviation industry.
  • Knowledge of the CFM
    56 family of engines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Basic computer proficiency;
    Microsoft Excel experience a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
