As a Screen Printer, you will be responsible for executing print designs on various substrates, ensuring that each piece meets our high standards of quality and creativity.

• Prepare screens and mix inks for the printing process
• Operate screen printing equipment and machinery
• Ensure accurate registration and alignment of designs
• Monitor print quality and make adjustments as necessary
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the printing area
• Collaborate with the design team to develop new prints and concepts
• Follow production schedules and meet deadlines
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance

To excel in this role, you should have the following skills:

• Proficiency in digital design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, and Photoshop
• Strong understanding of typography and layout principles
• Experience with screen printing techniques and equipment
• Knowledge of art direction and graphic design principles
• Attention to detail and ability to produce high‑quality prints
• Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines
