Founding Social Content Manager

Sophia is reinventing the way people build relationships — blending relationship science, psychology, and AI to create a more thoughtful, human, and aligned way to meet. We’re a design-driven, early-stage startup building a category-defining product and brand.

We’re looking for a Creative Producer who will work directly with our Founder to capture, shape, and share the visual identity of Sophia across all platforms. This role sits at the intersection of storytelling, brand, media, and day-to-day creative production.

Sophia is building a new relationship paradigm and your work will shape how the world sees it.

You’ll help define the visual languageayers the emotional tone and public presence of a brand created to elevate how people connect.

• Capture in‑the‑moment content of the Founder across day‑to‑day work, meetings, lifestyle moments, and Clips behind‑the‑scenes.
• Shoot high‑quality video and photography at Sophia events, interviews, and brand activations.
• Create content that feels elevated, warm, and aligned with the Sophia aesthetic.

• Edit short‑form videos (Reels, Tik Tok, You Tube Shorts) with an eye for pace, storytelling, and emotion.
• Select, color‑grade, and prepare film/digital photos.
• Publish content across Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In, and other social platforms — optimizing for timing, reach, and aesthetic cohesion.

• Translate Sophia’s brand voice, tone, and visual style into compelling stories.
• Help develop concepts for ongoing narrative arcs, weekly content series, and founder‑led storytelling.
• Maintain the Sophia aesthetic across all content — clean, modern, elegant, relationship‑focused.
• Work closely with the Founder to brainstorm, plan, and execute content ideas.
• Attend events, dinners, interviews, and shoots to capture real moments in real time.

• Manage the content pipeline: raw footage, edits, approvals, scheduling.
• Stay ahead of trends, formats, and cultural moments relevant to relationships, psychology, and startup building.

• A natural storyteller with a strong portfolio in photo and video.
• Deeply comfortable shooting both candid and stylized content.
• Passionate about aesthetics, brand, and emotional storytelling.
• Highly reliable, adaptable, and resourceful in fast‑moving environments.
• Comfortable working closely with a founder and capturing content throughout the day.
• skilled in mobile and professional camera workflows (iPhone, DSLR/mirrorless, 35mm film optional).
• Proficient in editing tools (Cap Cut, Adobe Premiere, Lightroom, etc.)
• A person with excellent taste — you know what looks and feels elevated.

• 2–5+ years experience in content creation, brand storytelling, or creator/producer roles.
• Ability to work in person in Miami, Florida
• Strong understanding of Tik Tok, IG Reels, and short‑form visual culture.
• Experience shaping or contributing to a premium or editorial aesthetic.
• Comfortable filming in dynamic, social, and event‑based environments.

• Experience in lifestyle, wellness, beauty, fashion, or luxury brands.
• Strong interest in psychology, relationships, and human behavior.
• Ability to edit in multiple styles (cinematic, documentary, polished social).
• Experience capturing founder‑led content for startups or creators.
