About the Role

Atlantis University is seeking a talented and creative Graphics Designer to join our Education Management team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the visual identity of our institution and help communicate our mission through compelling design. Key

Objectives
  • Develop engaging visual content that supports Atlantis University’s educational programs and marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create designs that enhance student engagement and institutional branding.
  • Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all visual materials.
Responsibilities
  • Design and produce graphics for digital platforms, print materials, presentations, social media, and promotional campaigns.
  • Create layouts, infographics, and visual assets that effectively communicate complex educational concepts.
  • Work closely with marketing, admissions, and academic departments to understand project goals and deliver creative solutions.
  • Maintain and update design templates to ensure brand consistency.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices relevant to the education sector.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Graphics Designer, preferably within education or a related industry.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and a strong sense of visual aesthetics.
  • Ability to adapt to feedback and work under tight deadlines.
