Social Media Marketing & Community Manager

Role Description

We’re looking for a creative, plugged-in, and self-motivated Social Media Marketing & Community Manager to help shape how Zèya shows up in the world. This is a part-time contractor role (~20 hrs/week). You must be based in Miami. You will create content that feels native, engage the community, and help shape how Zéya shows up as a brand.

What will you do:

• Work on day-to-day content creation and social media management (Instagram, Tik Tok, X)
• Help craft our brand voice through video, memes, stories, and UGC campaigns
• Plan and attend local events, swap meetups, and community activations
• Engage directly with users and foster local groups and communities.
• Help scale Zèya’s presence by creating authentic, viral content

• Passionate about secondhand, sustainability, or creative commerce
• Comfortable filming, editing, and appearing on camera
• Able to work flexible hours (events, drops, campaigns)
• Deeply embedded in Miami culture and Gen Z energy

• Graphic design experience with Canva, Adobe, Figma, or similar
• Experience with event coverage, street style, or community-based content
• Experience building UGC loops, challenges, and creator collaborations
