Art Director

Overview

As an Art Director, you will work to understand our client’s objectives, follow a creative approach set by leadership, and work with other teams to ensure the creative vision and execution of projects are met. This is a role with a mix of creative and social creation responsibilities.

• Supports larger creative team in brainstorming sessions and concept creation for social-first campaigns
• Complete research projects and other day-to-day requests
• Assists in asset creation and deliver work you are proud of
• Have a general knowledge of technology, user interface and visual design fundamentals.
• Stay current on latest industry and design trends
• Maintain high quality on creative deliverables
• Help develop creative content for digital platforms
• Bring ideas to life with teams and junior copy writer partners
• Work with and learn from a higher level Creative and other craft experts
• Track and report on campaign performance, suggesting optimizations.

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Digital Media Design, or Advertising/Portfolio school
• 3-5 experience in an advertising or marketing agency preferred
• Experience with in the finance space is a plus
• An engaging portfolio that demonstrates both conceptual ability and art direction craft
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Adobe XD, and Figma
• General awareness and understanding of the digital landscape, including online campaigns, mobile experiences, and social media landscape
• Enthusiasm, big ideas and attention for details are welcome
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and innovation
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• You are passionate about the creative world and love to stay on top of the latest trends, strategies, and technologies as well as how competitors within the industry are doing things
• Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality work

Compensation Range: $44- $47/hr this is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.

Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
