The Designer for golf and racquet sports collaborates with the design team to build the brand vision for the collection. The ideal candidate is highly creative, passionate, and enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

• Manage the entire design process from conception to production.
• Conduct trend research, select colors, create sketches, and develop CAD designs.
• Partner with senior design leadership to develop brand identity and creative direction.
• Coordinate with fabric and print development teams.
• Adhere to project timelines and collaborate with merchandising to align creative and business goals.
• Present designs internally and externally, ensuring products meet price points and SKU requirements.
• Approve sales samples for production readiness.
• Mentor assistant designers and interns.
• Some travel may be required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field.
• 5+ years of design experience, preferably in men’s active wear.
• Knowledge of active wear fabrics and performance technologies.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; willingness to learn new technologies.
• Strong sense of color, taste, and organizational skills.
• Excellent presentation skills.
