Position: Site Superintendent (Retail)

Role Description

This is a 4 months contract, on-site role located in Bal Harbour Shops, Miami for a Site Superintendent (Retail). The Site Superintendent will oversee day-to-day operations at construction sites, including managing schedules, coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety and building standards, and communicating updates to the project manager. The role will require hands‑on leadership to ensure successful completion of high‑quality retail construction projects.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Site Super in High‑End Retail Construction is a must (10 years plus)
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management, and retail‑specific buildouts
  • Leadership and team management capabilities to coordinate with subcontractors and site staff
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints, technical plans, and construction documents
  • Problem‑solving skills, organization, and the ability to manage tight timelines without compromising quality
  • Familiarity with safety regulations, building codes, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
