This is a full-time, on-site role for a Roof Estimator located in Miami, FL. The Roof Estimator will be responsible for assessing project requirements, conducting detailed evaluations of roofing conditions, preparing cost estimates, and delivering proposals to clients. This role will involve collaborating with the sales team, managing customer expectations, and maintaining accurate records of project costs and timelines. The Roof Estimator will also establish strong relationships with clients and ensure projects meet budget and quality requirements.

• Expertise in creating detailed roofing estimates, cost analysis, and understanding building plans
• Proficiency in contract negotiation and customer communication skills
• Experience with construction, roofing systems, and industry-standard materials and techniques
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• Proficiency in tools and software used for project estimating and reporting
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally to job sites as needed
• Previous experience in the roofing industry or construction required: 5 years +
• Bilingual skills (English and Spanish) are a plus but not required
