Assistant Project Manager

Commercial & Multifamily Construction | Miami (North Miami Beach)

A growing construction team is seeking an Assistant Project Manager / Project Manager with experience in commercial and/or multifamily ground-up construction.

. You’ll work directly alongside a highly experienced VP of Construction with deep roots in the Miami market, gaining exposure, visibility, and the chance to step into a more independent leadership role over time.

• Direct mentorship: Work one-on-one with a VP of Construction
• Career acceleration: Clear intent for you to take on increasing responsibility and ownership
• High visibility: Participate in key meetings and decision-making, not just back-office support
  Ground-up experience: Exposure to complex commercial and multifamily builds from start to finish
• On-site involvement: Balance office-based coordination with meaningful site presence

• Supporting project delivery across scheduling, RFIs, submittals, and coordination
• Working closely with superintendents, subcontractors, and consultants
• Using Procore and Excel to track progress, costs, and documentation

• 3–5 years of experience in commercial and/or multifamily construction (ground-up preferred)
• Strong working knowledge of Procore and Excel
• Comfortable working both in-office and on-site
• 4 year degree in relevant discipline (Civil Engineering, Architecture or Construction Mgm)
