Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site Project Manager role based in Miami, FL. The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate all aspects of assigned construction projects, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution. Key responsibilities include managing project timelines, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, coordinating with team members and subcontractors, and addressing project changes or challenges. The role requires effective communication to maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Project Management practices, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
  • Experience with Expediting tasks and overseeing the entire expediting process
  • Strong skills in Inspection and quality assurance to meet construction standards
  • Knowledge of Logistics Management for supply chain coordination in construction projects
  • Leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
  • Strong communication and team collaboration abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Previous experience in construction project management is highly preferred
