The Client
Our client is a well-established real estate developer based in Miami, specializing in the full-cycle development of residential and commercial projects. Their expertise spans land acquisition, project development, construction oversight, and long-term property management. A family-sized company that is continuing to grow within the South Florida market.
The Project
Our client’s diverse portfolio includes high-end multifamily developments, bespoke luxury homes, and commercial properties. They are currently preparing to break ground on an 8-story luxury condominium in Miami, featuring modern architectural design and high-end finishes.
The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support the successful execution of this 8-story condo project. The ideal candidate will have strong tenure in construction project management, particularly in ground-up new construction. In this role, you will work closely with the Project Manager and development team, overseeing scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and on-site operations to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.
