This role is ideal for someone who thrives on early project definition, civil and sitework strategy, and building accurate, defensible estimates that reduce avoidable risk for the team. You will step into a department where your technical depth immediately matters, not only to improve accuracy, but to free an existing leader to move into higher-level oversight.

You will take ownership of civil and sitework estimating for large-scale projects while contributing to the strategic preconstruction process across the division. The right professional can grow into full oversight of the civil/sitework estimating function, or expand into other divisions over time. Both paths are supported.

• Port and airport developments
• Healthcare and hospital facilities
• Performing arts centers
• University and private school auditoriums
• Complex commercial work ranging from $50M to $250M+

• Deep experience in sitework/civil estimating for commercial or vertical/horizontal projects
• Strong conceptual abilities and the curiosity to understand how design decisions impact cost and schedule
• Desire to grow into broader divisions OR remain focused on civil/sitework, both career paths are valued
• Professional presentation, communication
