Overview:

A family visiting Miami Beach is seeking a temporary, full-time nanny to support their 15-month-old and 3.5-year-old boys during a one-month stay from March 15 through April 15. The family is seeking a Miami-based nanny who can commute daily and provide consistent support throughout their stay. The family will be living in a beachfront condo and is looking for a confident, energetic nanny who enjoys outdoor play, swimming, and maintaining structure in a dynamic environment.

The schedule will be 7 days per week, generally 8am–7pm, with flexibility required. There will be three late nights per week, typically Friday and Saturday, plus one weekday. Most late nights will run until approximately 10pm, with one late night per week potentially extending to 1am. The family is open to hiring two nannies to split the month, depending on availability and fit.

Candidates may apply for the full assignment or for one of the following date ranges:

• Candidate A:
  March 15–March 30 (16 days)
• Candidate B:
  March 31–April 15 (16 days)

Both roles require full commitment during the assigned dates, including the full schedule, weekend coverage, and late nights outlined above.

Provide full-day care for two young children (15 months and 3.5 years old). Own the daily flow with the children while respecting parent’s work-from-home boundaries. Plan and lead daily outings, including the beach, pool, playgrounds, and walks. Swim confidently with the children and provide active water supervision. Prepare meals and snacks for the children. Complete children’s laundry and light child-related cleaning.

Assist mom during dinner and bedtime routines, including lifting and hands-on support. Manage care confidently during evening hours while parents attend social events. Keep children engaged, active, and regulated during long, full days.

Strong, recent experience caring for two young children simultaneously. Confident swimmer who enjoys beach and pool environments. Energetic, outdoors-focused, and excited about active days. Calm, capable, and physically strong with excellent stamina. Flexible, adaptable, and respectful of parent-led routines and boundaries.

• US passport, Green Card or EAC
• Fluent Engligh
• Local to Miami and able to commute daily (parking provided).
• Able to lift and manage two young children.
• Comfortable working 7 days per week, including late nights.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.

The family is offering up to $500 per day, commensurate with experience
