Junior PM

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Junior PM in Miami, FL.

Summary:

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects across cross-functional teams. This role will assist senior project managers with day-to-day project activities, documentation, scheduling, and stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow their project management career in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Junior PM will support project planning, scheduling, and tracking of milestones and deliverables

* Assist with project documentation including status reports, meeting notes, and action items

* Coordinate meetings and communicate updates to internal stakeholders

* Track risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate as needed

* As a Junior PM, you will help ensure projects stay on schedule and aligned with scope and objectives

* Maintain project information in project management tools and spreadsheets
* 0-3 years of experience in project coordination or project management support

* Strong organizational and time-management skills

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

* Strong attention to detail and follow-through

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously

* Willingness to work onsite or hybrid in the Colorado area

Preferred

Skills:

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field

* Exposure to project management tools (Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, or similar)

* Internship or entry-level experience supporting projects
