ABOUT

THE ROLE & TEAM:

The Summer Internship Program will build a foundation for early career talent and form future professionals at the organization. The internship program at Televisa Univision allows participants to obtain real on the job experiences in their areas of interest and specialty. This experience will expose interns to the broader business and understand how the areas operate and collaborate cross functionally.

Dates:
June 8 to August 14, 2026

Hours:

40 hours a week

Pay: $18 an hour

YOUR DAY TO DAY:

* Support ongoing strategic projects within the Total Rewards function

* Assist with the development and implementation of the Job Architecture Framework

* Contribute to the redesign of the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan

* Help coordinate the transition of Benefits administration into Workday

* There will be a group innovation project assigned to all interns at the beginning of the program where you will be working cross functionally and present the ideas at the end of the program to an executive committee.

YOU HAVE:

* Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering in Computer Science, or HR related fields.

* Overall GPA minimum 3.0 or above.

* Recently graduated or expected graduation of summer 2026 or winter 2026.

* Great attention to detail

* Analytical and problem-solving skills

* Bilingual (English/Spanish), preferred

* Participation in prior internships, extracurricular activities, community organizations and/or professional associations, preferred.

* Must have unlimited work authorization in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
