Job Description

Skillbridge Academy is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Account Coordinator to support client accounts, ensure service excellence, and maintain seamless communication between internal teams and external partners. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a structured environment, values efficiency, and is committed to delivering exceptional service standards. The Service Account Coordinator will play a key role in maintaining account integrity, monitoring performance metrics, and supporting operational workflows.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned service accounts
  • Coordinate internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
  • Monitor account activity, performance metrics, and reporting
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation for client accounts
  • Assist with onboarding new accounts and supporting implementation processes
  • Identify opportunities to improve service efficiency and client satisfaction
  • Provide administrative and operational support to account management teams
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and service protocols
