Your mission
To support the daily logistics and warehouse operations of the U.S. office, as well as general administrative and back-office activities. The role focuses on assisting with order processing, shipping coordination, and documentation tasks while gaining hands-on experience in an international logistics environment. This position is ideal for students in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration who want to combine their academic knowledge with practical work experience in a global tech company.
Logistics & Warehouse Operations
- Perform hands-on logistics tasks such as picking, packing, and preparing shipments for customers.
- Create and check shipping documents (commercial invoices, packing lists, delivery notes, labels, etc.).
- Receive and unpack incoming goods, verify quantities, and organize materials in the storage area.
- Track shipments and maintain proper documentation to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Support regular inventory checks and reconciliation between internal systems and warehouse reports.
- Maintain logistics data and assist in creating weekly or monthly performance reports.
- Organizing logistics documents
- Assist with back-office tasks related to logistics and sales operations.
- Help respond to shipment-related customer inquiries
- Contribute ideas for improving logistics workflows and efficiency.
- Assist in creating KPI dashboards and monitoring operational metrics.
Educational background:
- Currently enrolled in a Associates Program/Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- First practical experience (internship, working student job, or project) in logistics, warehousing, or office administration is a plus.
- Professional English proficiency required
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles, practices, and technologies.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to leverage data for informed decision-making.
- Solid working knowledge of common logistics software and basic IT tools.
- Knowledge of U.S. shipping carriers (Fed Ex, UPS, DHL, USPS) and their online tools.
- Reliable and detail-oriented way of working.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Hands-on mentality with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- High level of integrity and responsibility.
