RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead the analysis of all new menu rollouts, evaluating success through the lens of sales volume, prep‑time efficiency, and overall profitability.
- Conduct deep‑dive reporting that compares sales performance against COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) to identify high‑performing "stars" and low‑margin "dogs."
- Manage and combine data from multiple sources (Suppliers, POS systems, and Inventory tools) into one central, easy‑to‑read dashboard for the leadership team.
- Serve as the primary data resource for the Culinary, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams, providing the insights needed for critical decision‑making.
- Monitor stock consumption patterns to identify waste and provide actionable reports to the culinary team to improve ingredient yields.
- Track price fluctuations in raw materials and alert the Procurement team to potential margin threats before they impact the bottom line.
- Advanced skills in Excel (Power Query/Pivot) and experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Previous experience as a Data Analyst within a fast‑paced restaurant or hospitality environment is highly beneficial.
- A strong understanding of recipe costing, yield calculations, and inventory variance (Theoretical vs. Actual).
- Proven capacity to manage different technical tools and sources of data simultaneously in a high‑growth, rapid‑response setting.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable reports for diverse teams with varying levels of technical expertise.
