We are looking for a Chief of Staff to work directly alongside the Founder — a strategic operator who can hold complexity, move fast, and deliver with institutional precision. Someone who makes the whole organization sharper, faster, and better aligned.

You will be a force multiplier across strategy, fundraising, performance management, and AI-enabled operations. You will own high-stakes work streams from inception to delivery, represent the Founder’s thinking when he is not in the room, and ensure that ambition translates into execution, every single week.

This role is for someone who is done learning from the sidelines and ready to build.

Strategic Execution & Special Projects You will lead cross-functional initiatives across our funds, geographies, and portfolio — structuring problems, aligning stakeholders, and driving outcomes. You will prepare materials for LPs, boards, institutional partners, and co-investors. You will serve as a true sparring partner to the Founder on capital allocation, organizational decisions, and platform strategy — offering structured thinking, honest pushback, and rigorous follow-through.

Fund Go-to-Market & Investor Strategy You will support the design and execution of fundraising strategy across our venture and growth vehicles. This means structuring positioning and messaging, building compelling investor materials, analyzing competitive dynamics, and coordinating outreach with Investor Relations. You will understand what LPs want before they ask — and architect the narrative accordingly.

Data, Performance & AI Enablement You will own the fund’s performance intelligence layer: KPI dashboards, portfolio reporting, and internal data architecture. More importantly, you will drive the integration of AI tools and automated workflows across the organization, replacing manual processes with intelligent systems, and elevating the quality and speed of every decision we make.

A strong command of AI tools, LLMs, and applied automation is not a nice-to-have here. It is foundational to how we expect this role to operate. We want someone who actively uses AI to think faster, structure better, and execute smarter — and who brings that culture to the entire team.

Communication & Executive Leverage You will draft LP letters, strategic memos, key communications, and high-visibility content on behalf of the Founder. You will ensure that Founders Future speaks with a single, consistent voice , whether addressing institutional investors in Paris, tech founders in SF, or partners in New York. You will coordinate fluidly across our U.S. and European teams, bridging time zones and cultural contexts without friction.

You have 3 to 7 years of experience in strategy consulting, venture capital, private equity, or a high-performance corporate strategy environment, ideally with US/EU exposure. You understand fund structures, capital stacks, and the mechanics of venture financing. You are fluent in the language of institutional investors and know how to earn their trust.
