Responsibilities for a Business Analyst include but are not limited to:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for technical support inquiries from LATAM high‑revenue clients (Brazil focus) via phone or email, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
  • Read, analyze, and determine appropriate handling of technical requests involving treasury, cash management, card, and depository products accessed through the bank’s electronic platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal business partners to resolve client issues and provide end‑to‑end customer support.
  • Provide systems training, education, and support to LATAM clients, acting as a seasoned technical liaison and contributing to system implementation, conversions, and enhancements.
Candidates for Business Analyst must meet the following requirements to be considered:
  • Must be fluent in Portuguese and English
    ; Spanish is a plus.
  • 1–2 years of banking/financial industry experience and 1+ year of customer‑facing experience.
  • Strong skills in oral & written communication, active listening, critical thinking, time management, problem‑solving, multitasking, and relationship building.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Ability to conduct discussions confidently with clients and navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously.
  • Ability to work under pressure, independently manage workload, adapt to ongoing change, and receive coaching/feedback.
  • IT degree preferred or equivalent experience; 3+ years technical support or banking services experience preferred.

  • Shift: Monday – Friday; 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Brazil business hours)

Pay Details: $32.06 per hour
