The Associate Director of Operations is the operational engine behind client delivery. This role partners closely with Account Leadership, Finance, and Operations to translate strategy into execution—ensuring scopes, timelines, resources, and budgets are managed with precision and consistency.

This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast‑paced agency environments, loves bringing structure to complexity, and takes pride in operational excellence.

What You’ll Do Lead Day‑to‑Day Operational Delivery
  • Serve as the operational lead across assigned client accounts and programs
  • Translate scopes, plans, and strategy into executable workflows
  • Ensure work is delivered accurately, efficiently, on time, and on budget
  • Run and support key project rituals (kickoffs, status meetings, stand‑ups, recaps)
  • Identify risks, blockers, or scope creep and elevate proactively
Own Resource & Capacity Management
  • Manage resourcing across accounts in alignment with approved scopes
  • Track utilization, hours, and staffing needs in partnership with Finance
  • Identify capacity gaps or inefficiencies and recommend solutions
  • Coordinate freelancer onboarding/offboarding as needed
Financial & Scope Oversight
  • Track burn, hours, and scope usage across all programs
  • Support change orders, scope updates, and reconciliations
  • Maintain accurate project financials aligned with SOWs
  • Flag margin risks or operational issues to leadership early
Drive Process & Tool Excellence
  • Enforce enterprise project management standards and SOPs
  • Ensure consistent use of required tools and platforms (e.g., )
  • Maintain operational hygiene across trackers, documentation, and reporting
  • Support audit readiness and governance compliance
Support & Enable Teams
  • Guide and support Project Managers and Coordinators
  • Reinforce expectations around communication, documentation, and delivery
  • Partner cross‑functionally with Creative, Strategy, Field, Finance, and HR
  • Model Green House values and frontline‑first behaviors daily
Who You Are
  • 6–8 years of experience in operations, project management, or delivery roles within an agency, marketing, or consulting environment
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects or programs simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of scopes, budgets, resourcing, and utilization
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and execution‑focused
  • Comfortable in fast‑paced, client‑facing environments
  • Confident using project management tools (, Asana, Smartsheet, etc.)
  • A proactive problem‑solver who brings structure and clarity to complex work
