About the Role
Maleda Tech is seeking a Market Manager to lead growth, engagement, and community development within the Miami market. This role blends entrepreneurship, strategic planning, relationship management, and local market expertise to strengthen a vibrant network of partners and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is a natural connector with strong business acumen, a passion for community building, and the ability to drive market performance through both data-driven decisions and on-the-ground engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and grow the local market by identifying opportunities for expansion, engagement, and innovation
- Build strong relationships with local partners, community leaders, and stakeholders
- Recruit, onboard, and nurture top local talent and collaborators within the market
- Support partners in improving business performance, marketing strategies, and operational excellence
- Drive engagement and demand through local initiatives and community-driven programs
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure quality standards and regulatory alignment
- Use data insights to assess market health and guide strategic decisions
- Develop strategic partnerships with local businesses and organizations
- Act as a market ambassador, representing local culture, trends, and community needs
- 6+ years of experience in account management, sales, business development, or market leadership
- Proven ability to operate strategically while executing tactically in fast-paced environments
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Experience analyzing data to drive performance decisions
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Comfort working in evolving, ambiguous environments
- CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
- Fluency in English and Spanish required
- Hospitality, travel, or local market experience preferred
- Willingness to travel within assigned markets as needed

Miami, FL (hybrid/field-based) - Schedule:
Full-time, 40 hours per week - Pay Rate Range: $85-$98/hour (based on experience)
