About the Role

Maleda Tech is seeking a Market Manager to lead growth, engagement, and community development within the Miami market. This role blends entrepreneurship, strategic planning, relationship management, and local market expertise to strengthen a vibrant network of partners and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is a natural connector with strong business acumen, a passion for community building, and the ability to drive market performance through both data-driven decisions and on-the-ground engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and grow the local market by identifying opportunities for expansion, engagement, and innovation
  • Build strong relationships with local partners, community leaders, and stakeholders
  • Recruit, onboard, and nurture top local talent and collaborators within the market
  • Support partners in improving business performance, marketing strategies, and operational excellence
  • Drive engagement and demand through local initiatives and community-driven programs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure quality standards and regulatory alignment
  • Use data insights to assess market health and guide strategic decisions
  • Develop strategic partnerships with local businesses and organizations
  • Act as a market ambassador, representing local culture, trends, and community needs
Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in account management, sales, business development, or market leadership
  • Proven ability to operate strategically while executing tactically in fast-paced environments
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Experience analyzing data to drive performance decisions
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Comfort working in evolving, ambiguous environments
  • CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
  • Fluency in English and Spanish required
  • Hospitality, travel, or local market experience preferred
  • Willingness to travel within assigned markets as needed
