Treasury Managment SFL II
Responsible for maintaining a high level of expertise in the products and services designed for business customers and serves as a resource to clients by providing professional, efficient customer service. Provides problem resolution to customers in support of customer retention and satisfaction.

- Assist with the preparation of proposals, pro formas, and other sales and marketing materials to be used in the cash management sales process.
- Work with Cash Management Manager, Commercial Lenders, Branch Managers, and other bank sales personnel with client discussions involving Cash Management product/service selection.
- Communicate with potential and/or existing cash management clients to finalize product/service requirements and gather appropriate agreements and enrollment forms.
- Coordinate and manage the implementation process for all cash management products and services. This includes facilitating the initial setup, testing, and start of production with bank departments (such as Online Banking, IPS, Electronic Banking, and Bookkeeping) and the client.
- Monitor the implementation process and report problems/delays to Cash Management Manager.
- Monitor account analysis billing process to ensure it is functioning properly post-implementation.
- Provide Cash Management product and service support, perform problem resolution and troubleshooting activities in a structured format to all customers.
- Provide training to customers for all cash management products and services.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in banking, commercial loan operations, or related field
