Recruitment Consultant

We’re looking for driven, high-performing Recruitment Consultant with experience recruiting in the Life Sciences, Tech, Law, or Finance sectors.

Our Miami office launched in January 2025 and, with a small but high-performing team, has already made its first year a standout success - setting a high bar for excellence.

As we enter our next phase of growth, we’re looking for an ambitious consultant to help anchor and scale our U.S. operations.

In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for strengthening client partnerships and building a high-quality candidate network. You’ll receive comprehensive training, hands-on mentorship, and ongoing support, equipping you with everything you need to successfully build and run a full 360 desk.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our U.S. business, working directly with our Global CEO and contributing to our long-term growth strategy.

Requirements:

• Must have experience recruiting within either Life Sciences, Tech, Law, or Finance sectors.
• Ideally have some experience managing clients as well as candidate delivery.
• Open to learning a new market and industry with in Life Science
• A proactive mindset towards learning, readily embracing new challenges to broaden expertise and adapt to evolving industry landscapes.
• A positive, can-do attitude that fosters collaboration, resilience, and innovative problem-solving, contributing to a dynamic team environment.
• Will be self sufficient.
• Competitive spirit and driven to succeed
