Project Manager – High-End Restaurant Builds

We’re working with a well-established General Contractor delivering some of the most design-led, high-end restaurant and hospitality projects across Miami and South Florida.

With a strong pipeline of luxury F&B and hospitality builds secured for 2026, they are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to lead projects from pre-construction through to handover.

You will take full ownership of high-end restaurant builds, managing programme, subcontractors, client coordination, and quality delivery on fast-track, detail-driven schemes.

• Manage projects from mobilisation to completion
• Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants and ownership teams
• Control budgets, procurement and cost reporting
• Drive programme and ensure on-time delivery
• Maintain exceptional quality standards on high-spec finishes
• Lead subcontractor teams on site

• Proven experience delivering high-end restaurant or hospitality projects
• Background working for a General Contractor
• Strong commercial awareness and cost control ability
• Experience managing design-led interiors and bespoke finishes
