The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in financial, accounting, trust & fiduciary services, and international tax structuring
. You’ll play a key role in driving Amicorp’s growth across the US market — developing new business opportunities, strengthening client and intermediary relationships, and delivering bespoke tax and compliance solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and execute a personal sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and develop new client and intermediary relationships (law firms, CPAs, bankers, family offices, etc.).
- Drive business growth by positioning Amicorp’s tax and corporate structuring services in line with client needs.
- Prepare tailored proposals, negotiate, and close complex sales opportunities.
- Represent Amicorp at industry events and networking forums to increase market visibility.
- Collaborate across regional and global teams to deliver end-to-end client solutions.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and ensure consistent follow-up and reporting.
- Stay ahead of global and local regulatory developments (BEPS, CRS, FATCA, GAAR, ESR) to provide compliant solutions.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Law (advanced studies in International Tax preferred).
- 10+ years’ proven B2B sales experience in financial, legal, fiduciary, or trust services.
- Strong understanding of international tax and cross-border compliance frameworks.
- Established network among intermediaries (law firms, accountants, banks, family offices).
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a global or multi-jurisdictional setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a consultative approach.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, high initiative, and ability to work independently.
- Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Willingness to travel across the US and internationally as needed.
