- Opportunity identification. Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, and trends.
- Client relationship management. Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients, ensuring their business needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Strategic planning. Develop and implement strategic plans to increase revenue, expand market presence, and achieve business goals.
- Market research. Conduct thorough market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify potential areas for business growth.
- Sales strategy. Work closely with the leadership team to develop and execute strategies that drive business development and achieve sales targets.
- Partnership development. Identify and cultivate partnerships with other companies to expand the company's reach and capabilities.
- Reporting and analysis
Regularly review and report on business development activities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field, along with a minimum of five years of experience, or an equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Proven experience in business development or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, business strategy, and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on building long-term partnerships.
- Ability to develop and execute business strategies that align with company goals.
- Proficiency in CRM software, market analysis tools, and business development platforms.
- Experience working in the service industry is preferred.
- Experience in developing strategic partnerships and alliances.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data and make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with industry-specific tools and platforms.
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Reliable transportation and valid Driver's License.
- Must pass a pre-employment screening including Level-II Background Check and drug test.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time.
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
- Ability to lift objects up to 20lbs.
- Ability to drive a vehicle.
$110,000-$120,000/annually
