We are expanding our team and seeking experienced Business Coaches and Business Consultants who can deliver strategic guidance and support to an elite clientele.

Role Overview

As a Business Coach / Business Consultant, you will work directly with successful entrepreneurs and high-net-worth members to help them scale their businesses, optimize operations, identify new opportunities, and overcome strategic challenges. This role is ideal for professionals with strong business acumen and experience advising CEOs, founders, or high-income individuals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one coaching and consulting to high-net-worth business owners and executives.
  • Analyze business challenges and develop actionable, results-driven strategies.
  • Support clients in scaling revenue, improving operations, and strengthening their leadership.
  • Conduct high-level business assessments, growth plans, and performance reviews.
  • Facilitate workshops, mastermind sessions, or group coaching calls as needed.
  • Maintain strong, trust-based relationships with elite clientele.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Ensure confidentiality, professionalism, and premium client experience at all times.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Coach, Business Consultant, Advisor, or similar role.
  • Strong background in business strategy, operations, growth planning, or leadership development.
  • Demonstrated success working with CEOs, founders, or high-income clients.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex business issues and provide clear, actionable solutions.
  • Motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working with high-achieving professionals.
  • Direct access to or experience working with high-net-worth individuals is a strong advantage.
