Role
We are seeking professionals with experience sourcing business in a high-value B2B or CRE capital markets environment. This role is about sourcing and owning mandates
, not waiting for assignments. You will originate debt, equity, ground lease, and structured finance transactions ranging from $10M to $150M.
We maintain an in-person, collaborative culture with flexibility for practical needs and strong day-to-day team communication.
Responsibilities- Source new opportunities through outbound calling, networking, events, and relationship-building
- Build and manage client and referral relationships
- Maintain a disciplined weekly outreach and follow-up cadence
- Support the pursuit of exclusive mandates across property types and geographies
- Learn and use our screening framework to qualify opportunities before escalation
- Promote the firm’s proprietary capital programs
- You have real outbound sales experience in a B2B or capital markets environment
- You act with urgency, persistence, and accountability
- You are comfortable initiating conversations and meeting new people
- You excel at follow‑up and managing a pipeline
- You communicate clearly, earn trust quickly, and want a performance‑driven environment
- You are committed to personal and professional growth
- You expect and need a base salary to get motivated
