Position SummaryResponsible for leading a tenured account management team in driving operational efficiencies both internally and externally. Serve as a subject matter expert on complex escalated benefit inquiries and issues with the ability to be client‑facing ndardize procedures and identify gaps and needed resources, partnering across teams to drive process improvements.

- Standardize procedures across the account management function.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on complex escalated benefit inquiries and issues, sometimes client‑facing.
- Identify gaps and inefficiencies and partner across teams to implement process improvements.
- 2–4 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
- Customer service experience.
- People leadership experience.
- Process and product knowledge of medical, dental, vision and other ancillary benefits.
- Ability to identify gaps and inefficiencies.
- Proficiency in creating and conducting formal presentations.
- Strong communication skills.
