• Identify gaps and inefficiencies and partner across teams to implement process improvements.

• 2–4 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
• Customer service experience.
• People leadership experience.
• Process and product knowledge of medical, dental, vision and other ancillary benefits.
• Ability to identify gaps and inefficiencies.
• Proficiency in creating and conducting formal presentations.
• Strong communication skills.
