Production Sample Room Associate

The Sample Room Associate is responsible for preparing product samples and mockups to support sales, customers, and internal teams. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to complete tasks efficiently in a fast-paced floral packaging environment.

• Pull product samples accurately based on internal requests and customer needs
• Create mockups and sample sets for sales presentations and customer approvals
• Maintain organization and inventory control within the sample room
• Prepare and process outbound shipments using Fed Ex Ship Manager & DHL.
• Track and document sample requests using Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ensure samples are completed and shipped in a timely manner
• Communicate with sales and operations teams regarding sample status and deadlines
• Keep the sample room clean, organized, and stocked

• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines consistently
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience using Fed Ex Ship Manager or similar shipping software
• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations preferred
• Attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
• Minimum Qualifications:
• Must be able to use a computer terminal and answer e-mails
• Background in flexible packaging or floral industry is preferred
• Able to read and understand work instructions and accept verbal direction to successfully complete procedures and assigned tasks

• Ability to lift and move packages and sample materials
• Must be able to lift and ensure proper handling of items up to 30 pounds.
• Must be able to identify, prioritize, and meet multiple expectations for the area of responsibility.
• Ability to stand, walk, and operate warehouse equipment throughout the workday
