Role Responsibilities
- Support the development management and execution of strategic initiatives that drive regional growth revenue enhancement and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects from planning through execution ensuring alignment with strategic priorities key milestones and business outcomes.
- Partner with senior leaders across departments to support strategic planning problem-solving and decision-making activities.
- Prepare high-quality presentations reports dashboards and communications for leadership forums including Monthly Business Reviews and Operating Plans.
- Facilitate internal communications and assist with planning for leadership meetings organizational updates and strategic reviews.
- Contribute to change management efforts by supporting communication alignment and adoption of strategic initiatives across teams.
- Monitor project performance identify risks or roadblocks and recommend solutions to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
- Conduct analysis to support strategic assessments initiative prioritization and measurement of business impact.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Accounting Finance Math or a related field or equivalent experience; an advanced degree (e.g. MBA) is a plus.
- 7 years of relevant experience in strategy project management business operations finance or a similar cross-functional role; equivalent experience considered.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects with strong organizational planning and time-management skills.
- Strong analytical and financial skills with the ability to interpret data develop insights and support strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills including experience preparing materials for senior leadership.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to navigate a matrix organization and build strong relationships across diverse teams.
- Experience supporting strategic planning business reviews or organizational transformation initiatives is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and a proactive solution-oriented mindset.

The on-target earnings range is $USD per year which includes a base salary and short-term and long-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates qualifications skills and competencies.
