About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead commercial growth across Central America & the Caribbean for a global premium spirits portfolio.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for shaping and delivering regional commercial strategy, driving distributor performance, and ensuring best‑in‑class execution across diverse and complex markets. Reporting into regional leadership, this role plays a critical part in accelerating sustainable growth and strengthening brand presence across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the regional sales and commercial strategy in line with business objectives
- Develop, manage, and strengthen relationships with regional distribution partners
- Own delivery of revenue, profit, and NSV targets, proactively managing risks and opportunities
- Drive brand strategy and execution in collaboration with global and regional teams
- Identify and capitalize on new commercial opportunities through market insights, pricing, and portfolio optimization
- Manage complexity across multiple markets while ensuring consistent execution standards
Candidate Profile
- Proven commercial leadership experience within spirits, alcoholic beverages, or premium FMCG
- Strong track record managing distributors across multiple international markets
- Demonstrated ownership of P&L, budgeting, and commercial performance
- Strategic thinker with strong execution focus and influencing capability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable operating in culturally diverse, fast‑moving environments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
- Willingness to travel regularly across Central America & the Caribbean
